Give Trump The Wall? It’s A Winning Strategy

Give him the wall.

Then candidate Donald Trump campaigned on a xenophobic message of hate and exclusion for not only Muslims and Latinos, but Dreamers, the 800,000 “Americans” who came here as children and flourished as “New” Americans. (For the record, people from Mexico are technically Americans, as Mexico is a huge chunk of North America. What they aren’t is “‘Mericans,” that mentally disadvantaged Trump supporter whose Socratic abilities extend to the end of his driveway and are continually stunted by FOX News.)

“Build that WALL!” was and is the rallying cry for a sad, failed businessman who stumbled into history, and seems guaranteed to bring down the entire Republican party. I say, let’s help him by agreeing to the wall.

Why? Because it will never get built. No one but Trump really cares, and that makes him vulnerable. We could negotiate with the Stable Genius; “protection for mortar.” Trump is so focused on the wall, we could get safety, and possibly amnesty, not only for dreamers, but for the millions of other undocumented Americans. And all we have to promise is to not oppose the wall.

It will never be funded because it will never work. The wall opposes itself.

“Build a 20 ft wall and someone will build a 21 ft ladder.”

Once the wall economics begin to unravel, border control enthusiasts will realize the money could be better spent on manpower and technology, and eventually we will have a US President who can create a dialogue with Mexico, and build a partnership with a neighbor whose resources and geography offer a unique opportunity for both of us.

For now? Promise the wall, get what we want, then indict the son of a bitch.
