Hillary; Time For You To Go
It’s time Hillary.
Watching the hundreds of thousands of young people march for sensible gun control showed me a picture of the liberal future of America, and it doesn’t include you. For starters, you and President Clinton aren’t liberals. You are establishment politicians who backed the Defense of Marriage act, welfare reform, and hawkish responses over diplomacy.
You schemed and led attacks on women seeking a voice against your husbands three decade harassment of women. And of course, you gave us Donald Trump.
Look, I voted for you, but I had no choice. And now Trump’s America is littered with racism, misogyny, economic injustice and the prospect of treason and collusion with Russia. So you might say 2020 has great significance in the short and long term future of our nation.
You’ve had a good run, but it’s over. We need new voices, new faces, better ideas. If you really want to help, get behind someone new, and chalk 2016 as the year we all got screwed.
And move on.
